Job Description

  • Initiate calls to potential customers, understand needs and identify sales opportunities.
  • Respond promptly to inquiries via phone and email, providing information.
  • Maintain customer database.
  • Explain product features effectively, upsell when possible.
  • Research and qualify new leads for growth.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • strong phone and cold calling abilities
  • must possess reliable transportation due to frequent site visit requirements.
