Job Description
- Initiate calls to potential customers, understand needs and identify sales opportunities.
- Respond promptly to inquiries via phone and email, providing information.
- Maintain customer database.
- Explain product features effectively, upsell when possible.
- Research and qualify new leads for growth.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- strong phone and cold calling abilities
- must possess reliable transportation due to frequent site visit requirements.
